I got into web3 the way most good moderators do — by showing up in the trenches. Independent contributions on a few projects got me noticed, and that grew into managing moderator teams before stepping into my current role at SIXR Cricket.
Today I run daily community operations end to end: official announcements, moderator coordination, live engagement sessions, and keeping members' issues resolved so things stay active and well organized — not just loud.
